Yes. You can share access with persons not on the account if they help you with balancing at the end of the month or for record keeping purposes.
You will go to Additional Services>Share Access with Others. Then press add person and enter the information of the person you are wishing to grant access to. You will then select what accounts you want them to have access to and what permissions to give them. With this access, we are only able to talk to the owner of the account if there are issues with logins, not the person with access.
